Oksana Grigorieva | Mel Gibson Expected to Gets Plea Deal

Oksana Grigorieva knows it would be accused of trying to blackmail his ex, Mel Gibson doesn’t deny one count irregularities, the battery on Friday, hitting Grigorieva last year, when she held their daughter, Lucia.

Mel will appear in court Friday for his case of domestic violence and is expected to plea deal. He admitted on tape that he hit Oksana last year. The investigation was launched extortion in connection with the agreement of $15 million, has signed, then rejected in mediating the care of children with Mel Gibson in May 2010. In the agreement, Oksana has promised a house, assets and other things and to ensure it would not release the infamous tapes.

A representative Grigorieva has issued a statement saying in part, "Ms Grigorieva will now focus on co-parenting Lucia, the resumption of his charity work for children of Chernobyl and move on with her life."
