Professor Parke Kunkle, from the Minnesota Planetarium Society says the Zodiac is the date of issue. After 3000 years, astrology has changed just in time to the eve of 2011.

Ophiuchus is a large constellation located around the celestial Ecuador. Its name comes from the Greek. Ophiuchus was one of the 48 constellations listed by the astronomer Ptolemy second century, and remains one of the 88 modern constellations.
