Elizabeth Edwards' will names her 28-year-old daughter Catherine as executor and leaves everything to her three children. Elizabeth Edwards, who died last month after a battle with breast cancer did not mention her estranged husband, John Edwards in her will.
"All of my furniture, furnishings, household goods, jewelry, china, silverware and personal effects and any automobiles ... to be divided among them," Edwards said in her last will and testament dated December 1 according to CNN.com.
John Edwards, former senator from North Carolina United States, who ran for vice president in 2004 and president four years later, in August 2008 admitted that he had an affair with campaign videographer Rielle Hunter. John Edwards said the affair occurred in 2006 when his wife's cancer was in remission. He said he told his wife at the time, asked for forgiveness.
