State Of Emergency New Jersey, National Weather Service predict more than 18 inches of snow in New York City. On the north and west is expected over a 20-inch snowstorm. Police in New Jersey said about 100 accidents on the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike. Speed limits are reduced to as little as 35 km / h on sections of toll roads.
