Shane Mosley to Snatch The WBO Welterweight Title From Manny Pacquiao on May 7

Manny Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 KOs) will defend his WBO welterweight title when he plans to fight against Sugar Shane Mosley (46-6-1, 39 KOs)in his next match on May 7 in Las Vegas. The last fight of Pacquiao pummeling 12 rounds by Antonio Margarito in November.

Mosley last two fights were a lost to Floyd Mayweather Junior and a and held to a draw against Sergio Mora earlier this year. The 39-year-old Mosley was thought to be too old to take on Pacquiao but Mosley thinks his size and strength will be the difference against the "pound for pound king."

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, who promotes Pacquiao, said he and his colleague Bruce trample believe Mosley is stiff opposition to their champion.
