Erica Blasberg's Doctor Guilty of Obstruction of Justice

Thomas Hess, a Las Vegas physician who found the body of professional golfer Erica Blasberg after she committed suicide has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor obstruction. According to reports, Hess admitted to removing a suicide note and prescription drugs at home Blasberg before police arrived to investigate, wants to spare his family the embarrassment of a suspected suicide. Blasberg, the 25-year-old who joined the LPGA Tour in 2005, was found in May with a plastic bag over her head. Hess was sentenced to one year probation and 40 hours of community service.
