Former "Hills" and "Laguna Beach" star Kristin Cavallari is engaged to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. Cutler proposed over the weekend during their getaway in Cabo San Lucas. Cavallari, 24 and Cutler, 27 have been dating last fall. Cutler surprised Cavallari to ask her to marry him.
