Top Chef All Stars | Richard Blais earned $200,000 prize and the Top Chef title

Richard Blais won the first Top Chef All-Stars on Wednesday night over the season six’s Mike Isabella. Recorded in the Bahamas, the final competition between each chef’s version of their dream restaurant. As a winner, Richard earned $200,000 prize and the Top Chef title. "I didn't think I could do this, I willed this," Richard said after Padma Lakshmi's announcement.

Richard Blais and Elizabeth Mike had to be attended by leaders of the disposal in the kitchen. The first was Spike, Angel and Antonia on his team while the second got Tiffani, Jamie and Carla. Richard decided to call his restaurant Tongue in Cheek, while Mike decided to simply call Izz.

Mike has created a dish made of cane for his first course and follow up with the steamed halibut with kumquat, Cauliflower Puree, and Pancetta Crumbs, pork shoulder with pepperoni sauce, Richard entertained the judges with hamachi and sweetbreads, black cod and pork belly, ribs and foie gras ice cream.
